Reviews page
We are currently working on a page where existing and new customers can leave reviews. This page is currently under construction and should hopefully be implemented by end of February.
If you have any suggestions on what you'd like to have included on this page, please leave a note by commenting on this thread.
Due to some technical challenges, this page is still being worked on and not available. Unfortunately, anyone who has used it while in testing phase will have their reviews deleted.
We couldn't get it exactly the way we want it, but this will work for now.
The review page is officially live !!!
Do be kind and remember that while you are reviewing a service, it is also very personal in nature performed by a real human being. Please keep it "PC" as well, as this is a public page. Any comments that may get our advertising account banned will be deleted.
The typical elements that you may want to consider in a review could include comments on:
Privacy and confidentiality: This is really important to Lisa and would be great if you could give feedback on your experience.
Your feelings/ experience: Don't describe what happened in the session, but more about how you felt and whether or not you enjoyed the experience. Constructive criticism is also welcomed, as Lisa always aims to improve her skill set.
Ease of communication: How easy was it to reach out to Lisa. Was she responsive? Did she help you overcome your nerves and make you feel comfortable.
Value for money: Please do not disclose pricing. This will be deleted, but do share if you felt that the experience was worth it from a monetary perspective.
Venue: Your thoughts on Lisa's play den.
You will need to register an account in order to leave a review. This enables us to ensure the authenticity of the review and also build our community with active users. Lisa may delete any reviews if it can't be associated with a real client and or delete some words in a review if it violates what can be published on a public site. Other than that, most reviews will not be moderated an will be a true reflection of her clients experience.
